​The International Team Development Committee (ITDC) is dedicated to identifying, developing, and selecting riders that may one day represent Canada on the international stage in the sport of Working Equitation.
 

Through programs for riders such as seminars with high level instructors and WAWE qualifying shows we can assist riders to best prepare for International Competition.
Included is the documentation required by every rider to give them the best opportunity to
understand the ITD program offered by WECan.
